Giving back to my university community through tech talks and mentorship.
I was invited to give webinar and seminar talks at Central Philippine State University, the same university where I graduated. I shared practical sessions for 2nd year to 3rd year college students focused on software development.
During these sessions, I discussed how real software projects are built from planning to deployment. We covered frontend and backend fundamentals, version control with Git, API integration, database design, clean coding habits, and responsive UI implementation for web and mobile applications.
I also shared my freelancing journey and real client project experiences to help students understand industry expectations, teamwork, communication, and how to build portfolio projects that solve real problems. This was my way of giving back to my school community while helping future developers prepare for their careers.
